Where can I find the replays of the Live Calls?

Click the “Access Sessions” button on the Course Welcome page to view recordings of past live sessions.

Please allow a few days after each class for the recording to be uploaded to the member area.

Why was my request to join the Facebook group was declined?

There are two common reasons why your request to join the Facebook Group may have been declined:

You don’t have the required purchase to join

Our Facebook groups are private and for members only. If you have not made a purchase of the product for a specific group, you will be denied access.

Your name on Facebook is different than the name in our system.

If the name on your Facebook profile is different than the one we have on record for you, send us a message with the name you use on your Facebook profile. That way we can verify you and approve your request.

Technical & Billing

How can I change my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the “Lost Your Password?” link located on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a link to change your password.

You can also click the My Profile link in the menu to change your password here as well.

Can I pay my payment plan balance?

Absolutely, just submit your request to care@toddherman.me, and we’ll help you get it taken care of.

Can I update my Credit Card Details?

To update your payment information and credit card details, click My Profile in the menu and follow the instructions or email the customer care team at care@toddherman.me
